What is the lead time on an engagement ring once ordered?
Hi Carol. Thanks for contacting us! Lead time depends on your preferences. We have some rings in stock set with natural or lab-created diamonds that you could have right away. It might take a day or so if they need to be resized. Ordering a ring can take up to eight weeks for a custom design. Come in, tell us your lead time and your vision for your perfect engagement ring, and we’ll show you your options. less
How does jewelry appraisal work? (Silver necklaces)
Hi Laura, Thanks for contacting Worthington Jewelers. Our pieces are appraised by a local Graduate Gemologist who writes up the proper formal paperwork to turn into your insurance company to make sure your jewelry is covered. Typically this process takes about one week. Appraisals cost $100 per item.
