Old Indian Mills Blend – An award winning, extended, oak-aged blend of estate grown wines.
Cabernet/Merlot – Winemaker’s blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin wines.Chambourcin – Jammy, crimson toned varietal with a smoky finish.Cynthiana – Lustrous, ruby tinted red with light berry armoa and complex bittersweet cocoa and black cherry notes.
Carmenere – Velvety, medium bodied red with lush dark berries and a distinct white pepper finish.
Malbec – Subtle floral aroma with an earthy start that slips into cherries and fig across the finish.
Sangiovese – Sturdy, dense bodied red with impressive mulberry middle and molasses finish.
Zinfandel – Dark, smoky and peppered red with hints of strawberry and boysenberry jam
Labrusca – Semi-sweet red wine
Vidal Blanc – “The White Wine of the East Coast” A soft and crisp white wine, similar to Pinot Grigio.
Chardonnay – Oak and stainless steel fermented, this full-flavored white wine is complex in fruit and soft citrus nuances.
Sauvignon Blanc – Intense grapefruit aromas followed by complex tropical fruit notes with a clean finish.
Shamong Red – A rich, sweet, red table wine made from local Concord (Labrusca) grapes.
Shamong White – A light, fruity and easy to drink white wine made from Niagara grapes.
Pinelands Blush – A light, refreshing, sweet wine made from 100% red Concord grapes.
Cranberry Wine – Semi-dry dinner wine.
White Cranberry Wine – Semi-sweet dinner wine.
Blueberry Wine – Sweet dessert wine.
Apple Cider Wine – Made from from locally grown and pressed apple cider
White Sangria – Crisp, balanced pear, mango, and kiwi sangria.
R, W, & B Sangria – A refreshing blend of red cranberry, white cranberry, and blueberry wine.
