Noble Beast Brewing Company is a small batch craft brewery focusing on a mix of traditional European and innovative American beer styles. Our kitchen serves lunch and dinner with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients from Ohio farmers and suppliers. Our taproom can accommodate large groups and the bar serves wine and cider alongside a few rotating guest beers.

Noble Beast Brewing Co. opened in May 2017 in downtown Cleveland. The 100+ year old building was originally a steel warehouse and has been fully renovated into a brewery and kitchen featuring a large steel crane and skylight.
Are there any food options for those who are gluten intolerant?
Not many. But the nachos are an excellent option. Pork Carnitas confit cooked overnight, Shagbark tortilla chips made from Ohio corn, radishes, cilantro, scallions, black beans, house-made magic cheese sauce, and lime crema. They’re a favorite that’s never left the menu. It’s a solid meal - not just an app. We use beer as a cooking ingredient in so many things that the menu isn’t very gluten-free friendly
Do they sell or fill personal growlers to take home?
They fill glass growlers, but do not sell them. They sell and fill 32oz aluminum crowlers.
