milk + honey Houston, located in River Oaks, offers a full range of luxurious spa treatments including massage, facials, waxing, body treatments, and natural nail therapy in a modern, inviting space. With over 8,000 square feet, this day spa provides a well-appointed locker room and relaxation lounge to its guests, which includes amenities such as personal steam showers and cozy robes and slippers.

Established in 2006.

After completing her MBA at The University of Texas at Austin, Alissa Bayer decided to forgo a traditional post-MBA job and instead launched milk + honey spa. Not only did she see an opportunity in Austin for a luxury day spa, but it was important to her to build something that made — and continues to make — others feel great. Then and now, milk + honey’s mission is clear: to make people feel good, commit to clean ingredients, enrich employees’ lives, and give back to the community. milk + honey has grown to include a collection of six spas — with Fort Worth being its newest location — and the milk + honey product line of organic, non-toxic bath and body care products, which stemmed from Alissa’s desire to create hyperclean essentials she’d want to use every day.
