The Harris Stanton Gallery is a lovely fine art gallery in downtown Cleveland. Situated in the Warehouse District, I’ve always found its location delightfully unexpected. Situated in a heavy bar and dining area, it brings elegance into the neighborhood.
You can visit their exhibits in-person and also shop online to view their available prints, wearable art and pottery. They have a huge commitment to local fine art, showcasing women artists and artists of color. Diversity matters here and it’s so clear in their expansive pieces. As an aspiring collector, I’ve attended a few events with the Column & Stripe group where we’ve learned from their awesome staff about building a collection, including making smart art investments.Harris Stanton Gallery has offered the finest original artwork to its clientele and has been the premiere source for fine art in Summit County for decades! We opened in 1994 in Akron, Ohio and in 2014, Harris Stanton Gallery expanded to a second location in Cleveland, Ohio. Although we closed our Akron location on July 1, 2019 and are in the process of selling our Cleveland location, we will be functioning as a virtual gallery going forward. The gallery’s collection ranges from traditional to abstract-contemporary and features work by local, regional, national and international artists. We exhibit paintings, drawings, original graphics, sculpture, glass, photography, and ceramics and have a beautiful hand-made jewelry selection, all on view on our website. We also offer art consultation and curatorial services to both residential and corporate clients. Harris Stanton Gallery is an active and founding member of NOADA (Northern Ohio Art Dealers Association) as well as long time members of CAN (Collective Arts Network).
