Dauphin’s is an upscale restaurant that resides atop the historic, newly remodeled Trustmark Bank building on the 34th floor in Mobile, AL. Enjoy a stylish cocktail and beautiful sounds from the Piano Bar and Lounge while waiting to indulge in fresh, local cuisine all while relishing a spectacular view of downtown Mobile, Mobile Bay and on clear days, Dauphin Island. For patrons looking to experience a dining event second to none, Dauphin’s has included an in-kitchen Chef’s Table, complete with culinary team interaction and a panoramic view of Mobile Bay. Our menu is contemporary and what we call “Classic Coastal” dishes with hints of Creole and Caribbean flavors.
