It is with great sadness to report that Buddy has passed. He was doing what he loved to do, cooking great Bar Be Que for his customers. Buddy will be greatly missed. We will be temporarily closed for a short time. . Buddy’s Bar-Be-Que is one of the longest running food establishments in Alabaster. Buddy has been cooking BarBeQue over an open pit hickory fired grill since 1976. He has become a local legend. Buddy is one of the best cooks around. All sides and sauces are Buddy’s homemade recipes and are made with fresh ingredients. Customer favs are BarBeQue pork & Ribs, hamburgers, potato salad , banana pudding, coleslaw, onion rings, to name a few. Buddy appreciates all his loyal customers , they are like family, and looks forward to meeting all new customers.
