Our story brings us back to the Spring of 2016, when the founders of our company traveled to New Orleans to experience the history of that beautiful city. During their adventure, they enjoyed a very fulfilling journey filled with culture and tradition, but what left the strongest impression was the food. They had the opportunity to dive into the traditional seafood boils of Louisiana and it was unlike anything they’ve experienced before! This was enough inspiration for them to bring these seafood boils back home, to the state of Florida, but with an Asian twist.
