The Hope Farm is an upscale Brasserie style concept focusing on providing a Farm-to-Table dining experience. Our focus is local, seasonal, vegetables, mushrooms, and thoughtful protein sourcing from regional farms. By utilizing our hydroponic and mushroom facilities, we are able to allow each guest to taste food grown on the very property in which they dine. Chicken and eggs are sourced from local farms. While our fresh fish is caught in the Gulf to support local fishermen. This thoughtful approach stretches to all aspects of our menu. Come dine with us and enjoy our experience to the fullest.

Like the intertwining of a live oak, a father’s passion for wine combined with his son’s love of agriculture, The Hope Farm came to life. Robert and Bentley Evans love their hometown of Fairhope and have long dreamed of providing their community a memorable gather space full of comfort and tranquility. Robert and Bentley believe that the idea of knowing where your food comes from and feeling connected to the people that are producing it is something special. The Hope Farm is a father and son’s “fair hope” for a sustainable future.
